Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING DETAILS

Due to a high volume of orders and USPS handling times, shipping delays may occur. The actual delivery date may vary based on factors such as the origin, destination, Post Office acceptance, and other conditions. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We are unable to process orders during weekends or holidays. Orders placed before 11 AM EST typically ship within 12-48 hours.

We currently ship to all U.S. states via USPS, though we do not ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time. Delivery for U.S. shipments may take up to 7 business days. Please note, we only ship to one address per order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

At present, we only ship internationally to Canada using DHL. Please be aware that shipping times are estimated and depend on the local postal services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

All shipping, duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout to ensure no surprise fees upon delivery. International customers can make payments in their local currency using a local payment method at checkout.

If a package is refused, it will be returned to LuxMeStar at the customer’s expense. The value of the goods will be refunded, but shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email to monitor the progress of the shipment through our website or the carrier’s site.

Returns and exchanges on international orders follow the same terms as domestic orders. However, international customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Refer to our RETURNS & EXCHANGES policy for more details.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please provide the correct city, state, zip code, and apartment number if applicable, and carefully review all information for accuracy. Errors in abbreviations, misspellings, or incorrect details may result in the package being returned. If we cannot contact you within 10 business days, the order may be canceled, and the purchase price refunded to the original payment method.

BILLING ADDRESS

Ensure that your billing information matches the billing address on your credit card account exactly, including name, street, city, state, and zip code. Any discrepancies in these details may prevent the order from being processed. Verify with your financial institution to ensure that you have the correct billing address for your account.

MISSING, LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been transferred to USPS, DHL, or any other delivery service. In the event of a stolen, lost, or damaged package, please contact USPS, DHL, or the relevant delivery service directly to resolve the issue. While we may be able to assist if a USPS claim number and detailed information are provided, our capacity is limited to tracking your package.

Our prices are based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (SRP), and we do not offer wholesale pricing.

ORDER STATUS EXPLANATION

  • Pending: Your order is being processed, and payment is being authorized.
  • Payment Review: The third-party payment processor (e.g., Venmo or PayPal) has not yet released the funds to us.
  • Packing: Your order is being prepared for shipment.
  • Shipped: Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

ORDER CONFIRMATION Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number, product details, pricing, promo codes, shipping and billing information, and the chosen shipping method. This email serves as your receipt and can be printed for your records.

ORDER TRACKING When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, typically within 12-48 hours after placing the order. This email will include shipment details, a tracking number, and a link to track your package on the carrier's website.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS To cancel an order, please contact customer service at contact@luxmestar.com. We cannot process cancellations on weekends or holidays, but you will be notified on the next business day. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. You may need to reorder if necessary.
