Refund & Returns

RETURN

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all returns must be in their original, unopened packaging. We do not offer refunds for items that have been opened or used. Returned products must have their seals intact. For unwanted items, they must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note that any items purchased during sale periods are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged, as they are part of a special promotion.

In the rare instance that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange. You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the faulty product.

Before making any returns, please contact us at contact@luxmestar.com for instructions. Processing returns may take up to 14 working days after they are received at our headquarters.

Please note that our lashes are handmade with care, which may result in minor variations between individual lashes. These differences are not considered defects but rather part of the unique craftsmanship involved in creating our lashes.

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Proviso

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the faulty product, provided the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging. Refunds will not be processed until we receive the returned item. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to refund the original shipping fee unless the return is due to a product defect.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@luxmestar.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If an exchange is approved, the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked delivery service that covers the value of the items.

For returns from outside the EU, please avoid using courier services, as they often incur high customs fees. We may refuse delivery or pass these fees on to you. Ensure the package value is marked as "ZERO" and clearly label the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" on both the customs form and the parcel itself to avoid any duty charges.

LuxMeStar does not cover return postage unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 working days for US orders and 10 working days for international orders.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the receipt of your return for processing. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
