Orders made on luxmestar.com are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day. (Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed the following Monday. Shipments and deliveries are only carried out on weekdays. Shipping and delivery times may vary and will be confirmed at the time of your order.

For packages sent via FedEx Smartpost, delivery can take between 7 and 12 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

• Pull the skin tight around the temple area. With your other hand, grasp the outer corner of the lash and carefully pull it toward the inner corner of the eye.
• This method does not harm your natural lashes since the lash adheres to the skin rather than the natural lashes.
• Utilize makeup remover pads to clean off any remaining adhesive or makeup from the skin.
• Make sure to clean the adhesive off the lash band and return the lash to its original tray.

Luxmestar Individual lashes can remain intact for as long as two weeks when used with Ardell LashTite Individual Lash adhesive. For a one-day wear option, they can also be easily applied using Luxmestar Lashgrip or Duo Striplash adhesive.

Position the lash band along your natural lash line to ensure a proper fit, trimming any excess if needed. Apply a thin layer of adhesive to the band and allow it to set for about 30 seconds. Place the lash in the center of your eye first, then gently press down each end along the lash line. Although our Ardell LashGrip adhesive contains both latex and formaldehyde, our new Ardell Brush-On Adhesive, enriched with Rosewater and Biotin, is free from both ingredients. This new formula comes in both clear and dark variations.

You can clean the lashes by gently wiping the band and strands with a mild eye makeup remover. Once they are clean, return the lashes to their tray for future use.
