Their primary concern is whether lash extensions are causing harm or accelerating the shedding of their natural lashes. The good news is that when applied correctly, eyelash extensions can be worn continuously. As long as the extensions are appropriately sized, weighted, and thick for your natural lashes, they shouldn't cause any damage. Personally, I’ve worn lash extensions for over ten years with no issues and have only taken one four-week break, which was for a long vacation!
