Refund/ Return and Cancel policy
At LuxMeStar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every purchase you make with us. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review the following policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the items meet the following conditions:
- The product is new, unused, and undamaged
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included
- The return reason falls under one of the following:
- The item does not match its description
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The item does not match its description
How to Return an Item
Returning your order is simple and convenient.
By Mail:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@luxmestar.com to initiate your return.
- Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to include in your package.
Please ensure all return items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping Fees
LuxMeStar does not charge any return handling fees.
However, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product).
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
If your return is not approved (e.g., item shows signs of use or damage not reported), our team will contact you with further details.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may request an order cancellation before the item has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team promptly at contact@luxmestar.com.
If approved, your payment will be refunded using the original payment method.
Exchanges
We also accept product exchanges for items that are unused and in their original packaging within the eligible return period.
